How payment works
Products and their shipping costs are paid for when ordering. The following payment methods can be used in the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and credit cards Visa and Mastercard. Payment is made via Paytrail Oyj's website. Bank transfer as an advance payment is also a payment method.
Payments via Paytrail Oyj
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment intermediary service provider and implementer in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Advance payment
We will ship the products when the payment is reflected in our account. Payments are sent to the account FI12 1745 3000 2738 64 according to the information on the order confirmation. We process the order once payment has been made. If paid by bank transfer as an advance payment, we hold the reservation for 5 business days, after which the order expires if payment hasn't been made.
