About Zero Hockey
Zero Hockey is a custom skate blade sharpening and fitting business based in Nakkila, Finland. These terms cover your use of this website, including creating an account and placing custom blade orders.
Your account
To place an order, you'll need to create an account with your name, email, and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything that happens under your account. If we ever issue you a temporary password (for example, after a manual password reset requested through us), you'll be asked to set a new password the next time you sign in before you can do anything else.
Orders
Every blade order is custom-made to the position, boot/holder, and hollow/radius preferences you submit — orders are not stock items. Because of this, please double-check your details before submitting an order.
Online checkout is not live yet. Placing an order through the site does not currently charge you — payment is arranged separately, outside the site, until online checkout is introduced. These terms will be updated to cover payment, pricing, and cancellation once that happens.
Acceptable use
Please use the site honestly — don't submit false account or order information, try to access other customers' accounts or orders, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation.
Content and ownership
The text, images, and branding on this site belong to Zero Hockey unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to browse and use the site to place orders, but please don't copy or reuse our content elsewhere without asking first.
No warranty, limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided as-is, without guarantees. To the extent allowed by law, Zero Hockey isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and business evolve — for example, once online checkout is introduced. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever that happens.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
